I’ve been coaching for over 8 years, working with women at every stage of their fitness journey - from those stepping into the gym for the first time, to women ready to refine their training, body composition, and habits for the long term.
I specialise in sustainable fat loss and body recomposition. My focus has always been on teaching women how to train with intention and build a body through sustainable training
and simplistic nutrition. Not to chase a trend or fit a mould, rather to build a body they’re proud to live in, one that
looks strong and lean.
This approach isn’t accidental - it came from experience.
For years, I lived in a stop/start cycle of overeating, restricting, and feeling disconnected from my body. I chased results for validation, measuring success by how small I could get, while consistency, strength, and trust in my body were missing.
Learning how to train properly, eat with structure over restriction, and build habits I could actually sustain changed everything. Not just how my body looked, but how capable, strong, and in control I felt in it.
That experience shapes how I coach today.
